Withdrawal requests are processed by PG77 within 3 to 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or Boost eWallet. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) block confirmation on the applicable network.
PG77 reserves the right to impose a maximum monthly withdrawal limit on accounts that have not completed the full KYC verification process. PG77 does not pay interest on Account balances. User funds are held separately from operational funds in accordance with responsible gaming standards. All content on the PG77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of PG77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
PG77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
